Watch their videos below and then it&#8217;s your turn to share. He volunteers at multiple metro Detroit organizations. He also travels abroad for medical mission trips.&nbsp;Organizations he is involved with include:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.marinersinn.org\/\">Mariner\u2019s Inn Alcohol and Rehabilitation<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gcfb.org\/\">Gleaners Community Food Bank<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mcws.org\/\">MCWS<\/a> program at the&nbsp;Canton Mosque, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalbrigades.org\/\">Global Brigades<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family:georgia,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:20px;\">Lisa Stirgus<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"360\" mozallowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/223675484?color=ffffff&amp;title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"640\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/223675484\">Lisa Stirgus<\/a>&nbsp;is a leather artisan in Shinola&#8217;s&nbsp;leather factory and runs a women\u2019s shelter in Detroit with her husband. The shelter is a home on the city\u2019s East side where women are allowed to stay there rent free, meals included. The intention is to help women recovering from addiction find employment and encourage them to attend rehabilitation services. Lisa and her husband fundraise through their church and community.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:georgia,serif;\">Miles Stewart<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"360\" mozallowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/223675493?color=ffffff&amp;title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"640\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/223675493\">Miles Stewart<\/a>&nbsp;is a retail associate in our Detroit Flagship store as well as a national slam poet and music artist. In the community, he volunteers as a literacy tutor in public schools. Outside of work, you can find him all over metro Detroit performing\u2014his live poetry is used as a tool to discuss controversial issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size:20px;\"><span style=\"font-family:georgia,serif;\">Kelly Kirby<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"360\" mozallowfullscreen=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/223675480?color=ffffff&amp;title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0\" webkitallowfullscreen=\"\" width=\"640\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/223675480\">Kelly Kerby<\/a>&nbsp;works in the Detroit Headquarters and raises money every year for the local&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.momrace.org\/\">MOM<\/a>&nbsp;race, a 5K run\/walk for mental health awareness and suicide prevention.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.momrace.org\/\">MOM<\/a>&nbsp;stands for \u201cMind Over Matter.\u201d This event honors people lost or affected&nbsp;by suicide and mental illness and draws those who have been touched by mental illness or suicide.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shinola.com\/roll-up-our-sleeves.html\" style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 13.008px;\"><span style=\"font-family:georgia,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:24px;\">Learn more about Shinola&#8217;s #RollUpOurSleeves Contest<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The purpose of Shinola&#8217;s&nbsp;Roll Up Our Sleeves&nbsp;campaign is to showcase the spirit of getting to work and getting the job done in communities across the globe. #TeamShinola is proudly made up of several people who regularly volunteer in the community, so we asked a few to share how they get involved.
