To say that the Baselworld Watch and Jewelery Show is a major event is something of an understatement. Since 1917, the city of Basel situated at the borders of both France and Germany has hosted the most prestigious names in the watchmaking world for what has become an extravagant industry showcase.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This year’s Baselworld (April 25-May 2) marks the official launch of the Shinola brand\u2014including our entire product line of American-made leather goods, bicycles, and journals, plus our full line of watches assembled right here in the Motor City.<\/p>\n

Over the past year and a half we have been hard at work developing a booth that will be able to bring the Shinola story to life. The rendering above is a little taste of what will be unveiled\u2014a two-story steel structure with a matte black finish, a 30-foot display table, and a bar serving up signature cocktails.
